Fees $125 for individual therapy and $150 for couple & family therapy per 50 minute session. I also offer a sliding fee scale which will be assessed on a client basis. Working Hours Mondays to Fridays from 9AM to 8PM Saturdays upon availability Insurance and Payment I accept the following insurance; CIGNA, Blue Shield, and Tricare. Co-pay is due at the time of service. For all other types of insurance, I am an out-of-network provider and I accept insurance with PPO. Payment for the session is required at the time of service. I will provide you with a Health Insurance Claim Bill that will help you get reimbursed for the services. Payment I accept cash, check and credit/debit cards 24 Hour Cancellation Policy Please provide me with a 24 hour notice. Clients who cancel or miss appointments without the 24 hour notice will be required to pay the sessions fee as booked.
